Graham Residence Engagement
Bryan contacted me about a month ago to tell me about this really rad plan he had. The plan was to propose to his long-time girlfriend Amanda, meet his and her parents for lunch and then whisk her away for a surprise getaway. The getaway was going to be at this really awesome and remote property called The Graham Residence in Yucca Valley, California. I know the name doesn’t ooze sex appeal but I have to say the place was truly peaceful. Not to mention, the well designed property, hot tub, balcony, camp fire area and outdoor shower so the birds can watch you cleanse in the nude were all definitely perks. But I’m also a dude who gets sold pretty quickly on outdoor showers so there is a definitely a bias on my end. We rocked some photos inside the property, on the balconies and tried to utilize as much of the landscape as possible. Below are some of the photos from our day together. Oh and she did say yes and loved the getaway!
The Graham Residence Yucca Valley
I really was a big fan of The Graham Residence (Here is their Instagram page)and the backdrop of the Yucca Valley location. The area is so peaceful and has that Joshua Tree vibe without all the rock climbers making you feel less like a man because you prefer drinking over scaling rocks. Although I did not have the pleasure of meeting the property owners it is pretty obvious that they have an eye for design. The entire decor blends in with the setting flawlessly while providing a modern feel. The Graham Residence would totally be a place I would recommend to couples willing to make a drive into nowhere for some rest and relaxation.
