Top 5 Las Vegas Photographer FAQs
Las Vegas Wedding Photos
1. What made you decide to become a Las Vegas wedding photographer?
The reason I began offering Las Vegas wedding photography services is that the couples who get married in “Sin City” have a style and energy that I feel is very similar to mine. The couples I work with are fun, spontaneous, and wildly romantic, and Las Vegas is a city that completely caters to people with those qualities.
2. What is the best wedding venue in Las Vegas?
Las Vegas is f**ing amazing because it has drive-thru wedding chapels that rock 24/7, and what other cities can say that? Personally, there are a lot of really kick ass wedding venues from the outdoor wedding locations such as the Valley of Fire to the iconic Little White Chapel off the Vegas strip. From the standpoint of a Las Vegas wedding photographer, my only concern is that couples have a good time. That means spraying champagne into the air and screaming with joy into the Las Vegas night sky. However, some of my personal favorite Las Vegas wedding venues include the minimalist vibe at the Sure Thing Chapel and the gorgeous backdrop of Red Rock Canyon.
3. Any tips about Las Vegas wedding photography?
The first tip would be to embrace your personal style. You chose to get married in Las Vegas because you aren’t the type of person who does the traditional shit. So don’t be afraid to get creative with your dress and tux. The second tip would be to try and avoid the hottest months in the Summer where temperatures routinely hit well above triple digits. The reason is that when a bride and groom are so hot they are literally sweating their faces off the last thing they will want to do is get cozy and romantic. So the heat can and does impact the quality of photos. Lastly, try not to plan a Las Vegas wedding during the busiest times of year (March Madness, Super Bowl weekend, or any other big-name event).
4. How would you describe your style and approach to Las Vegas wedding photography?
The best way to describe my Las Vegas wedding photography is a lot like cracking that warm, sugary top layer of creme brulee. And you know that feels damn good. For those who are not foodies, another way to describe my photography would be a collection of candid, authentic, colorful, big laughs, deep emotions, and wildly awesome moments. My goal is to capture all the good energy at a wedding, focusing on the laughter and the in-between moments that really make an image have felt.
5. I need an affordable Las Vegas wedding photographer. I might even elope in Las Vegas. Can you help with that?
Coordinating and planning a full 200+ guest count traditional wedding can be very costly, and I think that is one of the reasons you chose to get married or elope in Las Vegas. One component is to reduce the headache of dealing with family members, and the second is to not go financially bankrupt over one day. I mean the money used for table runners, crystal vases, floral arches and other wedding decor can instead be used for cold cocktails, helicopter rides over Vegas and a kick ass honeymoon. My Las Vegas wedding photography packages start at $3,500, with Las Vegas elopement wedding packages starting at $1,000. However, if for some reason you lost most of your money at the slot machines and need an affordable wedding photography Las Vegas option I have some good news! The good news is I have some really fantastic associate photographers who have more affordable wedding pricing. So if I can’t be there to capture your epic Las Vegas wedding rest assured you will be in good hands with an awesome Las Vegas wedding photographer who will document you in all your majestic glory.
For those looking to elope in Las Vegas, I also offer a number of elopement wedding packages designed for intimate day-of coverage. The goal is the same regardless of the wedding package, and that is to get authentic photos of you living your best life on your wedding day in Las Vegas.
Las Vegas Wedding Venues
Best Wedding Venues In Las Vegas
One of the great things about getting married in Las Vegas is there are so many unique little chapels perfect for a small wedding or elopement. I mean there are not many places on Earth you can get married on a pirate ship like you can at Treasure Island, in the air on a helicopter ride like you can with Maverick Helicopters, or on a gondola ride like at the Venetian. And that is not even talking about the high-scale wedding options at the Wynn, or the iconic chapels from Frank Sinatra Drive to Tropicana Avenue.
Regardless of what a bride or groom chooses, a San Diego wedding photographer will be able to capture a couple in all their glory because the beautiful thing about the Southern California city is that golden light is everywhere in San Diego. Elopement Photographer Las Vegas
Las Vegas Desert Elopement
Las Vegas is so much more than Freemont Street, casinos, and endless lobster buffets. Sin City has that bright light energy that is electrifying, which is the reason so many couples elope in Las Vegas or plan an intimate destination wedding in the desert. Weddings should be heavy-handed on the fun and watered down on the stress. That is why eloping in Las Vegas can be the way to go for some couples. So buy those plane tickets, order a few stiff cocktails on the plane, and embrace everything Las Vegas has to offer! However, skipping the big festivities of a traditional wedding does not mean you should skip the documentation of your wildly romantic adventure. So if you’re planning to elope in Sin City make sure you invest in a Las Vegas wedding photographer who can record every amazing moment of the desert adventure. And don’t forget to check out Las Vegas wedding and honeymoon packages available!
