Oceanside Beach Engagement Session
Don’t waste time. Seriously. Why talk about your dreams when you can start investing your time and money in them. I say this because one of the qualities I most love in other people are the qualities of knowing what you want and then going out and making that shit happen. No joke. It applies to everything in life as well. Oh you always wanted to visit Italy? Well get a passport, download “How to Speak Italian” podcasts and listen to it while you drive, start asking friends if they ever visited Italy and what recommendations they have. The point is if you have a dream try your best to make it reality. Don’t waste time or provide excuses. That was one of the things I loved most about Lexie and Nick. These two seriously got engaged 8 days before they contacted me about wedding photography, and they already had their mind set on getting married in 3 months. So they booked the wedding venue and started making stuff happen. Was it hard planning a wedding in like a week? Oh I am sure as fuck it was! But the point is when you know what you want don’t waste time. Adjust your focus to what is important and navigate by heart. And if you have a three-legged dog named Murphy and a van that oozes sex appeal then that is even better. Below are some of Lexie and Nick’s Oceanside engagement photos featuring a special guest named Murphy! Enjoy!
Thank you so much for drinking beers, eating tacos and generally living your best lives with me Lexie and Nick, and an extra thank you for buying me a beer+ bean & cheese burrito! That Pacifico and burrito were absolutely bomb! I seriously can’t wait until October for your wedding! I can already imagine the good times!
