San Diego County Wedding
There are only a couple things that still make me feel a little nervous when photographing a wedding and that is when I am shooting the wedding of another photographer whose work I admire, and the other is when I am photographing the wedding of friends or family. Mitch and Marcelline are friends whose wedding I was looking forward to photographing ever since I shot their engagement photos in Lake Cuyamaca last year. These two have style, are easy on the eyes and a total blast to hang out with. They love hockey, each other and most importantly drinking heavily. I knew their wedding was going to be f***ing awesome and wanted to kick ass for them. They decided to get married at a really cool venue that is basically in the BFE part of Ramona, California called Hidden Oaks. I actually shot a wedding at Hidden Oaks in the past (the only wedding I was ever late to in over 100+ weddings shot….ugh) so I knew the day had all the ingredients necessary to be amazing. The weather was perfect, the beer was flowing like wine and when the last dance song is a Rise Against jam you basically know the night was f***ing rad. Honestly, this was a awesome wedding filled with a lot of great people, especially the pregnant bridesmaid who also happens to be my wife! I could go on and on about this wedding and these amazing people but I will just close with CONGRATS Mitch and Marcelline on a kick ass wedding day! Cheers to top-shelf cocktails, good health, lots of success and being married!
All photos were captured at Hidden Oaks in Ramona, California by Palm Springs Wedding Photographer Ryan Horban. Please do not steal any of the above images. Mitch is a blue belt in cardio-kickboxing and I will not hesitate to tell him to release his fury upon anyone who takes his wedding photos without permission. So don’t be lame and avoid any potential roundhouse kicks to the chin by simply contacting me and asking if you want to use any of my photographs.
